Fast shipping. Box did not come with the fan. This is a very good refrigerator neck fan. It actually work. You can feel the cold from the pad. The fan also generats a good strong breeze. The combination of the cold pad and the fan is significantly improve the comfort when comparing to using the fan alone. Of course the cold pad could improve a lot more, but even with this level of cooling level is quite impressive.
